1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Stulink, a free URL shortening service operated by Tarkle, Inc. dba Stulink ("Stulink", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. The Stulink Service

Stulink is a free URL shortening service that allows you to create clean, permanent short links. The service includes:

• Creating shortened URLs from long URLs
• Custom alias creation (3-12 characters)
• Permanent link storage (links do not expire)
• No analytics or tracking
• No account required for basic use

We enforce a rate limit of 20 links per day to prevent abuse. We may update or modify Stulink from time to time, provided such changes do not materially diminish core functionality.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Stulink only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service for:

• Phishing, scams, or fraudulent activities
• Pornography or adult content
• Copyright infringement or piracy
• Malware distribution or harmful content
• Link masking (redirecting to another shortener)
• Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any links or users that violate these Terms.

4. Link Ownership and Removal

Short links are permanent and do not auto-expire. We may reclaim or disable links if necessary for brand compliance, abuse prevention, or maintaining service integrity. You can request link removal via support@stulink.io if a link violates policy or was created in error.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its functionality, including all software, text, displays, and design, are owned by Stulink and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the URLs you submit and any content you link to.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF ANY SHORTENED URLS OR DESTINATION WEBSITES.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL STULINK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00 USD).

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stulink and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately when posted. Your continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
